The missions and ministries of WMU NC are made possible by your gifts to the Heck-Jones® Offering. Set Free, based on John 8:31b=32, is the theme of the 2012 Heck-Jones® Offering. The suggested dates for Observing the Week of Prayer for WMU NC are February 12-19; however churches may choose to conduct the emphasis at the time of year that best fits their schedule. The scripture says, "If you hold to my teaching, you really are my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." This reminds us that we have been set free by the truth through Jesus Christ and we are called to bring that truth to others and we can do that by promoting missions through your gifts to the Heck-Jones® Offering.
